Tina Naidoo MSSW, LCSW

Executive Director, T.O.R.I.

Tina Naidoo, MSSW, LCSW, is the Executive Director of the Texas Offenders Reentry Initiative (T.O.R.I.). Ms. Naidoo has served under the leadership of Bishop TD Jakes for over 25 years. Among her many other
accolades, Ms. Naidoo has been recognized as a White House Champion of Change in 2016. In 2021, Ms. Naidoo was asked to testify to the Canadian Parliament on behalf of a Bill that was inspired by the T.O.R.I. program, and her tireless work to forward second chance legislation. 

Eugene Schneeberg

Fatherhood Expert | Speaker | Trainer

Eugene Schneeberg is award winning and sought after speaker and trainer. Eugene is an expert at providing trainings in the fields of fatherhood, prisoner reentry, youth violence prevention and faith based partnerships. Eugene provided strategic advice to the White House Office and the U.S. Department of Justice after being appointed by President Barack Obama as the Director of Faith Based Partnerships for the Justice Department.

Louis L. Reed, LADC, AADC

Director of Organizing & Partnerships

Louis L. Reed is the Sr. Director of Membership and Partnerships for the REFORM Alliance. He brings to the REFORM Alliance years of experience in government, criminal justice expertise, policy advocacy, public health, and personal impact, serving nearly 14 years in federal prison and several years on supervision.


Louis is a board-certified addictions counselor and licensed alcohol & addictions practitioner. Prior to joining REFORM, Louis was the Director of National Organizing & Partnerships for Dream Corps JUSTICE (formerly #cut50), where he grew the nation’s largest bi-partisan grassroots advocacy and organizing coalition through the Empathy Network.

Kenneth Braswell

Chief Executive Officer, Fathers Incorporated

As a husband and father of five, Kenneth Braswell created Fathers Incorporated (FI) and has been the FI CEO since its inception in 2004. The agency focuses on serving others, nationally and internationally, and has provided capacity building services to thousands of organizations working to ensure that fathers contribute to the well-being of their children. FI is currently the prime contractor for the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (Fatherhood.gov).

Founded by Bishop T.D. Jakes, the mission of the Texas Offenders Reentry Initiative is to guide and empower ex-offenders to maximize their potential, increasing their opportunities for successful reintegration into society and to become productive citizens of their communities.

Whether an individual needs assistance obtaining housing, employment, education, or healthcare, among other services, T.O.R.I.  provides dedicated support that helps former inmates acclimate back into society.
